anyone see the movie "bed of roses"? anyone know chekov's quote about the gun? something like, if a gun appears on the wall in act one, it better go off by act three. well they opened up a really important gun in lisa not knowing her birthday, then reinforcing it by bringing it up again. at the end, when he almost loses her, then gets her back, they left that detail hanging on the wall and it sucked. no resolution for me; these people just rushed through the whole damned movie. sorry, but it could have been a good romance. not great mind you, but it COULD have been good...it wasnt. very disappointing. if youre gonna do the formula, at least do it right, right?
