i'm not sure i should be doing this...i mean, what if i get sucked in again?
okay, just a few things: (interruption to read email that just came in. it was stuart writing "yayy!" cuz i got off work and can go to the denver show saturday)
1. dharma pop shit is blowing up! seriously, i would not be surprised if we needed full-time staff sometime in 2004 or 2005. i think we are gonna hire a publicist this spring/summer, might be doing a national distribution deal with rykodisc too, potential european distributor in the mix, potential benefactors also (frodo!).
2. boulder still smells like livestock but its 50 degrees and sunny every single day and its january! i'm used to pittsburgh where its 25, gray, and snowy. i can deal with the livestock.
3. i prolly have a blind date lined up this month set up by tami simon, who runs sounds true (a mostly audio book company based in louisville.) this girl has a sitting practice, teaches yoga, and apparently is super-intelligent (yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!).
4. i got this cool (another interruption - aol charged stuart $580 for internet last month. booooooooo aol.) fucking jamiraqoi (sp?) looking hat from a co-worker a couple of days ago and i'm lookin' lemony-fresh!
but since ~kismet~ lives in my basement, and she's really the only one who ever read this anyway ('cept for emily, travis, and *m*) i dont even know why i'm bothering. maybe i'm hoping someone i havent spoken to in a long time will comment.
